About the Role
Element Biosciences is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help advance our mission by building and applying data-driven models that support scientific research. You’ll work in a product-focused environment where scientific integrity and collaboration are core to how we operate.
Responsibilities
- Develop, explore, and analyze machine learning models to support R&D initiatives
- Work with multiomic and single-cell datasets and/or image processing and computer vision workflows
- Apply advanced image processing techniques to extract meaningful signals for downstream research
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate scientific goals into robust modeling and analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in machine learning and data science
- Background working with multiomic and/or single-cell data
- Experience with image processing and computer vision (preferred/required depending on focus)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to iterate on models based on experimental needs
