About the Role
Roku is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help build and improve our Voice Assistant experiences. You’ll join the Roku Voice team to develop intelligent, user-focused voice capabilities that enhance how people discover and enjoy content.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on machine learning systems for voice-driven features
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners to translate requirements into reliable models and services
- Improve model quality and performance through experimentation, evaluation, and continuous tuning
- Contribute to the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment considerations
Requirements
- Strong experience developing machine learning solutions in production environments
- Practical knowledge of modern ML frameworks and model training workflows
- Experience working with speech/voice-related data and evaluation methods is a plus
- Comfort collaborating across teams to deliver measurable outcomes
