About the Role
Iterative Health is building a performance-driven network of clinical research sites that helps sponsors bring novel therapies to patients faster. As a Senior Manager in Clinical Operations focused on Cardiology, you’ll help coordinate and elevate study execution by partnering with high-performing research teams across our network.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for cardiology-related studies to support timely and high-quality execution
- Partner with internal teams and site stakeholders to remove operational barriers and keep protocols on track
- Support performance monitoring across sites and drive continuous improvements to study delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure study timelines, documentation, and operational deliverables are met
Requirements
- Experience in clinical operations and study execution within cardiology or closely related therapeutic areas
- Strong operational leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical and operational teams
- Working knowledge of clinical trial processes and documentation expectations
