We’re seeking a relationship-driven, creative, and collaborative Senior Manager to elevate DealHub’s brand through customer, partner, community, and influencer programs. This role sits at the crossroads of brand building, customer advocacy, and market engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale programs that amplify customer stories and strengthen customer advocacy
- Partner with internal teams to develop market influence initiatives across customers, partners, and communities
- Collaborate with field marketing and go-to-market stakeholders to align advocacy activities with revenue goals
- Identify and recruit influential voices and develop plans to support long-term relationships
- Measure program performance and use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and outcomes
- Represent the customer perspective in planning, ensuring initiatives reflect real buyer value
Requirements
- Proven experience leading customer advocacy, brand, community, or partner influence programs
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into compelling narratives
- Experience working with marketing and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using data to evaluate performance and iterate on programs
