About the Role

DealHub AI is redefining Quote-to-Revenue for modern revenue teams, helping organizations move quickly from opportunity to signed deal by aligning sales, revenue operations, finance, legal, and customer success.

We’re seeking a relationship-driven, creative, and collaborative Senior Manager to elevate DealHub’s brand through customer, partner, community, and influencer programs. This role sits at the crossroads of brand building, customer advocacy, and market engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale programs that amplify customer stories and strengthen customer advocacy
  • Partner with internal teams to develop market influence initiatives across customers, partners, and communities
  • Collaborate with field marketing and go-to-market stakeholders to align advocacy activities with revenue goals
  • Identify and recruit influential voices and develop plans to support long-term relationships
  • Measure program performance and use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and outcomes
  • Represent the customer perspective in planning, ensuring initiatives reflect real buyer value

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading customer advocacy, brand, community, or partner influence programs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into compelling narratives
  • Experience working with marketing and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using data to evaluate performance and iterate on programs
