About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a circular battery supply chain that helps keep critical minerals in circulation. As a Senior Manager for Global Supply Chain CapEx, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement, logistics, and supplier management for capital equipment that supports our growing manufacturing footprint.

- Proven leadership experience in global procurement and supply chain operations, ideally for capital equipment.
- Strong supplier management skills, including negotiation and performance tracking.
- Experience coordinating logistics and delivery for complex, high-value equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
