About the Role
Agility is building humanoid robotics that work safely alongside people in warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Planning to lead a key part of our Supply Chain team, helping ensure our robot deployments have the right materials at the right time.
In this onsite role in Salem, Oregon, you’ll oversee planning activities such as optimizing material and inventory plans. You’ll collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Inventory Management to support rapidly growing global demand.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning for materials and inventory to support production and deployment schedules
- Coordinate team activities and drive continuous improvements across the planning process
- Partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Inventory Management to align supply with demand
- Use deployment and operational data to improve plan accuracy and responsiveness
- Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply plan and recommend mitigation actions
Requirements
- Experience leading planning, supply chain, or operations planning functions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across manufacturing and sourcing teams
- Proficiency with planning concepts such as inventory management, materials planning, and forecasting
- Ability to analyze operational data and translate it into actionable plans
- Comfort working onsite and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
