About the Role
Spyre Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Medical Director to help shape and execute clinical development strategy for innovative therapies in rheumatology. This role is a key medical contributor within global clinical development programs, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support study design, planning, protocol execution, and regulatory activities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to clinical development strategy for rheumatology indications and pipeline assets.
- Support the design and implementation of study protocols, including scientific and medical input.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies.
- Provide clinical expertise to support regulatory interactions and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure studies are aligned with program goals and patient needs.
Requirements
- Experience in clinical development and medical leadership within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of rheumatology and clinical trial execution.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across clinical, regulatory, and other teams.
- Experience contributing to regulatory activities and protocol-related materials.
