About the Role
Join our team as a Senior People Operations Business Partner, partnering closely with leaders to deliver talent solutions that align with business needs. This role is based in our Seattle offices, with on-site expectations that may vary by position and team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to client groups, translating organizational goals into people programs
- Support people program design, implementation, and ongoing management
- Apply strong business and organizational development acumen to improve workforce outcomes
- Collaborate effectively across teams to drive talent solutions and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally with People Operations or HR business partner responsibilities
- Strong interest in HR business partnering and people program design and management
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $119,520–$179,280 annually
- Generous bonus plans included as part of a competitive compensation package
