About the Role
Iterative Health is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to help scale and improve the people infrastructure that supports an exceptional employee experience. In this individual contributor role, you’ll partner across teams to ensure our HR operations, processes, and tools keep pace with company growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize day-to-day people operations workflows that support hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Improve documentation, systems, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency across the organization
- Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Support employee experience initiatives by ensuring timely, accurate, and service-oriented operations
- Contribute to continuous improvements that strengthen internal controls, compliance, and data hygiene
Requirements
- Experience in people operations, HR operations, or related roles supporting employee lifecycle programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort using HR systems and reporting to track trends and operational performance
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service mindset
- Experience supporting distributed teams is a plus
