About the Role
We’re seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Time & Labor module to support ongoing HR and workforce management initiatives. This is a functional consulting role focused on PeopleSoft HCM configuration, business process support, and issue resolution—not software development or integration work.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and define functional solutions in PeopleSoft HCM
- Support and optimize Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and related workforce processes
- Assist with Payroll integration from a functional perspective and ensure alignment with downstream payroll needs
- Troubleshoot functional issues, validate configurations, and recommend improvements to existing workflows
- Translate needs from unionized and complex workforce environments into scalable PeopleSoft functional designs
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM functional consultant, with strong PeopleSoft Time & Labor expertise
- Hands-on knowledge of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and workforce-related functional processes
- Experience working with payroll teams and understanding payroll impacts from a functional standpoint
- Proven ability to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver functional recommendations
- Background supporting unionized or otherwise complex workforce environments
