About the Role
BSI Engineering is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to help design safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manufacturing processes for clients in the food and beverage industry. This role supports industrial operations across areas such as dairy, beverages, and prepared/packaged goods.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes that meet safety and sanitation requirements
- Develop process documentation and support engineering deliverables for client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into practical engineering solutions
- Contribute to process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
- Support project execution through technical reviews and ongoing engineering support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
- Experience designing or supporting process engineering in food and beverage or similar regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of sanitary design principles and process safety considerations
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and client stakeholders
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
