About the Role
Zip is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape our Global Payments experience within an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform. You’ll design intuitive, high-trust payment flows that support both human users and AI agents working together to move faster and reduce procurement friction.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for global payments features, from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to translate needs into clear UX and UI
- Create prototypes and design specs that align with platform goals and accessibility standards
- Conduct user research and usability testing, then apply insights to iterate designs
- Partner with stakeholders to define design direction, interaction patterns, and visual systems
Requirements
- Proven experience designing complex B2B payment or fintech products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, craft, and measurable impact
- Expertise in UX workflows, interaction design, and UI systems
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions clearly
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve
