Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboards to track key metrics and program outcomes
- Analyze data trends, identify insights, and support data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Prepare clear documentation and communicate findings to non-technical and technical audiences
- Support ongoing data quality efforts and troubleshoot issues affecting reporting performance
Requirements
- Experience producing business intelligence reports and analytics
- Strong working knowledge of data querying and reporting concepts
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable data requirements
- Detail-oriented approach to validating data and maintaining reporting standards
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver usable outputs
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring range: $72,009–$86,403 annually
- Pay range: $72,009–$100,817 annually
- Grant-funded position ending (timeline provided by the department)
