About the Role
Roku is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape how advertisers reach and engage audiences across the TV streaming ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work with a high-impact team focused on ads targeting and audience activation—turning audience insights into measurable outcomes for advertisers and a better experience for viewers.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for ads targeting and audience activation capabilities
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver end-to-end advertising product improvements
- Translate customer and advertiser needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Drive experimentation and performance optimization to improve targeting relevance and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across the advertising platform
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong grasp of advertising, targeting, or audience activation concepts
- Ability to use data and analytics to guide decisions and measure product impact
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with clear ownership and accountability
