About the Role
Kickstarter is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help drive meaningful growth outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to shape products that support creators and strengthen Kickstarter’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for growth-focused initiatives
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define goals and success metrics
- Develop roadmaps, validate opportunities, and iterate based on performance
- Communicate plans and progress clearly to stakeholders across the company
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, including leading end-to-end product delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions
- Comfort collaborating across functions and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Experience building and improving customer-facing products in a fast-moving environment
