About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect with strong hospitality design experience—especially for restaurants, bars, gaming environments, and entertainment venues. In this role, you’ll turn creative ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts using advanced CAD, 3D modeling, rendering, and modern AI-driven visualization tools.
You’ll partner with external architecture and engineering firms and help steer projects from early concept development through design documentation. While property teams handle day-to-day construction on site, you’ll support key milestones such as consultant selection, contractor bidding, and construction oversight to help ensure the design intent is carried through successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead hospitality-focused architectural design efforts from concept through design documentation
- Create and refine visual presentations using CAD, 3D modeling, rendering, and AI visualization tools
- Collaborate with external architecture and engineering consultants to align on scope, quality, and timelines
- Support consultant selection and assist with contractor bidding and review of bid packages
- Provide design oversight during construction to protect the original design vision
- Coordinate with executive leadership and property teams to develop guest-ready, operationally effective environments
Requirements
- Significant experience as an architect or project architect on hospitality or entertainment projects
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling/rendering workflows
- Experience creating design concepts and visualizations for stakeholders
- Strong ability to communicate design intent and collaborate with consultants and contractors
- Comfort supporting construction oversight and resolving design-related issues
