Senior Project Manager | Consulting Delivery Lead (Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to bring structure and clarity to complex Microsoft delivery engagements. You’ll help ensure client outcomes are achieved with predictable execution, strong financial control, and alignment to business value using our delivery methodology.

In this role, you’ll act as a stabilizing force for delivery, lead with transparency, and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams spanning delivery, architecture, functional and technical workstreams, offshore, and PMO
• Establish clear ownership, maintain disciplined plans and forecasts, and track progress against KPIs
• Drive proactive action using performance metrics and operational reporting
• Escalate risks and issues early to protect timelines, scope, and quality
• Manage scope, change, and delivery governance through defined processes
• Apply commercial judgment to decisions impacting margin and overall risk

Requirements

• Proven experience as a consulting project manager leading complex technology or Microsoft delivery engagements
• Strong ability to stabilize and regain control of delivery plans quickly
• Experience managing project financials, forecasts, and margin-related decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional and offshore teams
• Comfort operating with transparency, governance, and KPI-driven performance management
