Senior Project Manager (Consulting) - Hybrid

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll bring structure and clarity to complex Microsoft delivery engagements. You’ll lead project execution with transparency, drive predictable outcomes for clients, and ensure alignment to business value using Hitachi Solutions’ delivery methodology.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal governance teams, helping stabilize delivery quickly while maintaining strong financial and delivery controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams including delivery, architecture, functional and technical stakeholders, offshore resources, and PMO
• Establish clear ownership, disciplined plans, and reliable forecasts to support predictable execution
• Use KPIs to monitor progress and drive proactive actions
• Escalate risks and issues early to protect outcomes, margin, and overall delivery health
• Manage scope, change, and governance through defined process and documentation
• Apply commercial judgment to decisions impacting risk, margin, and client success

Requirements

• Proven experience as a consulting project manager delivering complex Microsoft-based engagements
• Strong capability to stabilize and improve delivery quickly in dynamic environments
• Experience managing financial performance, forecasts, and delivery metrics
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and offshore delivery resources
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with transparency and clarity
