About the Role
DRMP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen and expand our roadway practice across the Tampa Bay and Florida Gulf Coast region. You’ll build on existing client relationships, support delivery teams, and help drive continued growth through a strong pipeline of transportation work.
Responsibilities
- Lead major roadway and transportation projects for agencies including Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE), FDOT, THEA, and other regional transportation partners
- Support and collaborate with client managers to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful project delivery
- Contribute to strategic pursuits, including planning, coordination, and proposal support
- Help position the roadway team for future work across county and municipal opportunities in the region
- Partner with established leadership to guide complex project execution
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing complex transportation or roadway projects
- Strong understanding of delivery processes for public-sector transportation agencies
- Track record of supporting pursuits and contributing to business development efforts
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with clients and delivery teams across the Florida region is a plus
