About the Role
The ACLU is seeking a Senior Project Manager for National Campaigns within our National Political Advocacy Department. This hybrid position is based in Washington, DC or New York, NY, with in-office requirements of two days per week (or eight days per month). This role is term-limited for three years.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of national advocacy campaign initiatives
- Manage cross-functional project workstreams to support civil rights and civil liberties priorities
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on schedule
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategy with organizational goals
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex projects or programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to advancing civil rights and civil liberties
