About the Role
Form Energy is building America’s energy future by developing cost-effective, multi-day energy storage technology that helps keep the electric grid secure and reliable—even during extended periods of stress. We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to support quality across our manufacturing and production processes as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Own quality activities for manufacturing and production workflows, ensuring products meet defined requirements
- Identify quality risks and drive corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain quality standards
- Support investigations, root-cause analysis, and improvement plans for nonconformances
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using data-driven methods
Requirements
- Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis experience
- Familiarity with quality systems and process improvement approaches
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering, operations, and production teams
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
