Senior Research Budget Specialist (Ex-US) | Hybrid

About the Role

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Research Budget Specialist (Ex-US) to support global clinical research operations. You’ll own ex-US clinical trial budgeting, contracting, and financial management to help accelerate access to novel therapies across key therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ex-US clinical trial budgets from planning through execution
• Support contracting activities for external research partners and study sites
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment
• Track budget performance and help identify risks, variances, and opportunities
• Maintain clear documentation and support audits or internal reviews as needed

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trial budgeting and/or research finance
• Strong understanding of contracting processes related to research operations
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for explaining budget assumptions and outcomes
