About the Role

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help drive global commercial expansion by strengthening how our revenue teams plan, execute, and measure performance. In this role, you’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve revenue operations processes and ensure scalable, data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize revenue operations workflows that support global growth, including forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to improve pipeline hygiene, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and deal visibility.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across regions.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue-related analytics to support accurate forecasts and operating cadence.
  • Continuously improve systems and data quality used by revenue teams, ensuring stakeholders trust the numbers.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related functions within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building reporting/metrics and managing forecasting processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM and revenue tooling (e.g., Salesforce) and data/BI workflows.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across teams.
