DoD A&A (Authorization and Assessment)
About the Role
AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Security Control Assessor to support a DoD cybersecurity risk management and assessment program. In this role, you’ll work with a project team delivering Cybersecurity Assessments and Authorization (A&A), risk management support, information assurance (IA) activities, and risk adjudication and connection services.
Responsibilities
- Perform cybersecurity assessments, audits, and inspections for DoD organizations and partners handling DoD information
- Support Cybersecurity A&A efforts, including documentation and evidence collection
- Contribute to risk management activities and ongoing information assurance support
- Assist with risk adjudication and connection-related support as part of program workflows
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure assessments align with applicable DoD requirements and standards
Requirements
- Experience conducting cybersecurity control assessments, audits, or inspections in support of authorization activities
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and risk management concepts (e.g., A&A, IA, and assessment practices)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate assessment artifacts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders
