About the Role
Join the Microsoft Azure Storage team and help build a massively scalable, highly distributed cloud storage platform. Our goal is to make data universally accessible—so customers can store and retrieve books, media, and critical information from anywhere, at any time, across devices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve services within Azure Storage
- Develop scalable components that support global, high-availability workloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable storage capabilities
- Contribute to performance, resilience, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Experience building production software services
- Strong engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and system design)
- Working knowledge of distributed systems and scalability concepts
- Proficiency with one or more modern programming languages used in cloud services
