About the Role
Redwood Materials is building custom software to replace our legacy Oracle ERP and WMS. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help deliver warehouse management, procurement workflows, ERP integrations, and operational applications that support a $3B+ manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve warehouse management and procurement workflows
- Develop and maintain ERP integration services and operational applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features through go-live
- Own and evolve systems after launch to ensure reliability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience building production software systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (architecture, testing, and maintainability)
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP/WMS or similar)
- Comfort working in a fast-moving modernization environment
