About the Role
Roku is building the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer on our Platform Infrastructure team, you’ll help operate and improve a high-availability, multi-cloud environment supporting streaming experiences at massive scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure services for an active-active, multi-cloud platform on AWS
- Partner with DevOps/SRE and engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance
- Support operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and incident response
- Contribute to system design, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience building platform infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS and operating production systems
- Experience with DevOps/SRE practices such as monitoring, alerting, and reliability engineering
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
