About the Role
Microsoft’s Commerce Platforms organization builds scalable, resilient, and AI-powered commerce and finance platforms. These mission-critical systems help power Microsoft’s global commerce ecosystem—supporting customers, partners, and employees with secure, reliable, compliant, and data-driven experiences.
We’re hiring multiple Software Engineers II and Senior Software Engineers across high-impact engineering areas within Commerce Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate commerce platform capabilities at global scale
- Improve governance, accelerate engineering decisions, and streamline end-to-end operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable software
- Contribute to AI-enabled and data-driven features across commerce and finance systems
Requirements
- Experience building production software services
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment
