About the Role
At SpaceX, we’re building the technologies to enable human life on Mars. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist for Ground Support Equipment & Facilities, you’ll support the Texas Test Operations team by sourcing the equipment and services that help keep testing operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Source ground support equipment and facilities-related services to meet operational needs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and drive the right sourcing outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve value, supplier performance, and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with suppliers and influence continuous improvement across the supply chain
- Operate in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly as priorities evolve
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Strong ability to evaluate suppliers and negotiate to achieve value-focused outcomes
- Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and improve sourcing strategies
- Ability to thrive in a high-urgency, rapidly changing environment
