We’re looking for a Senior Staff Frontend Software Engineer to help shape high-quality user experiences across our digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture and drive technical direction for complex UI experiences
- Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability across web applications
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code guidance, and best practices
- Establish and maintain frontend standards, tooling, and quality metrics
Requirements
- Strong experience building production-grade frontend systems
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
- Experience with performance optimization, testing, and accessibility practices
- Ability to design scalable UI patterns and collaborate across disciplines
- Track record of mentoring and influencing engineering decisions
