About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next generation of iconic American vehicles—and we’re looking for a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to lead Service Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape how connected service experiences work across our electrified and range-extended powertrains, turning customer needs and operational goals into clear, technical product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Service Intelligence, aligning technical execution with business objectives
- Partner with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Translate customer and internal feedback into prioritized product improvements
- Drive technical discovery, validate assumptions, and manage tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, and user impact
- Coordinate delivery across stakeholders to ensure timely releases and measurable outcomes
- Communicate product direction clearly through documentation, planning artifacts, and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical product manager (or equivalent) delivering complex, software-enabled products
- Strong understanding of technical systems, APIs, data flows, and product analytics
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and lead through influence
- Experience defining requirements, metrics, and roadmaps for customer-facing or operational platforms
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to diverse stakeholders
