About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a more sustainable battery supply chain by recovering, reusing, and recycling critical materials. We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Plant Engineering, to lead high-impact initiatives at our live production site in the Sparks area. This role partners across operations to drive measurable improvements in safety, throughput, yield, quality, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical program execution for plant engineering initiatives at a live production facility
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in safety, throughput, yield, quality, and cost
- Translate operational needs into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to keep programs on schedule
- Ensure alignment with site standards, governance, and continuous improvement practices
- Communicate status and results to stakeholders, including leadership and functional teams
Requirements
- Experience leading technical programs in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments
- Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams with clear outcomes
- Demonstrated focus on safety, quality, and operational performance
- Comfort working with production metrics and using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
