About the Role
Lucid is building exceptional mobility experiences through innovation in vehicle technology and software-defined architecture. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Quality Engineering Specialist to help ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own technical quality activities across vehicle programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive issue prevention and resolution.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Support audits, verification activities, and validation efforts to confirm compliance with engineering and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to improve product robustness and reduce recurring defects.
- Document findings clearly and communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in technical quality engineering within automotive or a closely related manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Working knowledge of quality methodologies and tools used to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced, technical setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates.
