About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Windows Systems Engineer with strong Windows Server administration experience and advanced VMware (vSphere/ESXi) expertise. You’ll be responsible for keeping our Windows Server environments reliable and secure while modernizing infrastructure through migrations, upgrades, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build, migrate, and perform in-place upgrades for Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2022.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain server hardware and software.
- Coordinate backup operations, storage management, and network-related activities.
- Deliver second-level remote support for enterprise systems, networks, and desktop applications.
- Support remote installations and ongoing maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience administering Windows Server environments.
- Advanced working knowledge of VMware and ESXi.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, networking, and virtualization.
- Ability to write and maintain automation using scripting.
- Experience leading small projects while maintaining reliability and security standards.
