About the Role
Dayton Children’s is seeking a Services Marketing Coordinator to support growth marketing across service line marketing and field marketing. You’ll help execute assigned tactics, coordinate team activities, and keep campaigns on track with clear timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service line marketing campaign execution and support referral development initiatives
- Partner with service line marketing managers, provider relations, and digital/content/brand teams to ensure consistent implementation
- Support field marketing efforts including sponsorship activation, outreach, and partnership activities
- Manage logistics for marketing events and activations, serving as a day-to-day point of contact
- Track project timelines and deliverables in alignment with team priorities
Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or related coordination work
- Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Comfort coordinating logistics and acting as a primary contact for day-to-day needs
