About the Role
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families, and our Beverly Hills showroom brings that mission to life in person. As a Showroom Host, you’ll help create a welcoming, meaningful experience for families exploring baby gear and building registries.
Responsibilities
- Greet and support families as they visit the showroom
- Help guests explore products and understand how to build registries
- Maintain a warm, guest-first experience that reflects Babylist’s values
- Assist with day-to-day showroom flow to keep visits smooth and organized
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to connect with guests
- Comfort working in an on-site showroom environment
- Professional communication and a friendly, welcoming presence
