About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gather and document business needs from clients and internal stakeholders
- Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and testable
- Support discovery, refinement, and prioritization of product and project scope
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Experience working as a business analyst in software or technology environments
- Strong ability to ask questions, analyze problems, and document requirements
- Comfort collaborating with engineers, QA, and product teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
