About the Role
Sigma is building a cloud-native business intelligence platform that helps teams turn their cloud data into insights quickly—without requiring SQL. We’re expanding our Solution Engineering team and looking for a Solution Engineer who will help customers get maximum value from analytics and redefine how they access data to drive real business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, guiding them from discovery through successful outcomes
- Work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and technical needs
- Demonstrate Sigma’s analytics capabilities and help customers map platform value to their use cases
- Support solution design and onboarding to accelerate time-to-insight
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve enablement, best practices, and customer success
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solution engineering, pre-sales, or implementation)
- Strong understanding of analytics and business intelligence concepts
- Ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical and product solutions
- Comfort working with cloud data environments and modern analytics workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
