Spares & Repairs Coordinator (LCAC 100 Program) - Onsite

About the Role

FWG Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Spares & Repairs Coordinator to support the LCAC 100 Program on-base for the U.S. Navy’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program. In this role, you’ll help ensure timely repair coordination, accurate documentation, and sound recommendations for spares and replacements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and replacement actions for LCAC ACV program equipment on-base
• Support spares and repairs recommendations based on operational needs and maintenance outcomes
• Maintain and update repair and replacement documentation to support program requirements
• Track and communicate status of repair activities to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with the organization of maintenance-related information to support efficient turnarounds

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
• Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, or logistics activities in a technical environment
• Ability to work effectively with program stakeholders and follow established processes
• Comfort working onsite in support of Navy program needs
