About the Role
Join William Hill U.S. at Bally’s Lake Tahoe as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer. In this onsite role, you’ll be the friendly, front-line representative of our retail sportsbook—helping both regular guests and first-time bettors feel comfortable and confident.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail sportsbook environment
- Answer questions about sports betting options and assist guests with responsible wagering
- Support the sportsbook team by maintaining an organized, welcoming guest experience
- Handle day-to-day ticket writing and related customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with the public
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a busy setting
