About the Role
William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to support our downtown sportsbook location. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our retail team—welcoming both experienced bettors and first-time customers while delivering dependable, high-energy service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the sportsbook
- Assist customers with sports betting options, ticketing, and general questions
- Explain available wagering menus and help customers make informed, responsible decisions
- Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Work closely with the Sportsbook Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with the public
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of sportsbook operations and a willingness to learn the menu of betting options
