Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to both experienced bettors and first-time customers
- Assist guests with sports betting options and answer questions confidently
- Help customers make informed, responsible wagering decisions
- Support a smooth retail sportsbook experience by following daily operational processes
- Report to the Sportsbook Manager and help maintain a positive customer environment
Requirements
- Comfort interacting with the public in a customer-facing setting
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
