About the Role

William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer at our retail sportsbook in Pahrump, NV. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of the sportsbook—helping both experienced patrons and first-time bettors feel comfortable, informed, and welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist customers with sports betting options and answer questions
• Help customers make informed, responsible wagering decisions
• Support day-to-day sportsbook operations and maintain a positive guest experience

• Comfort working with the public and providing service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to handle a busy, high-energy environment
• Willingness to learn and explain sportsbook menu and betting processes
