About the Role
William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to support our retail sportsbook operations. You’ll be the friendly face of the shop, delivering welcoming, high-quality service to both experienced bettors and first-time customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail sportsbook environment
- Assist regulars and novice bettors by answering questions and guiding them through betting options
- Use knowledge of the sportsbook menu to help customers make informed, responsible wagering decisions
- Support the Sportsbook Manager and help maintain a positive, professional customer experience
