About the Role
CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the CTIO organization in delivering high-impact programs within a fast-moving, mission-driven cybersecurity environment. You’ll help coordinate work across teams while enabling responsible AI adoption and accelerating execution on large-scale initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own program plans, milestones, and cross-team execution to drive outcomes for CTIO initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate alignment across engineering and operational partners
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and drive mitigations to keep delivery on track
- Support continuous improvement by applying an AI-first mindset to improve how work gets done
- Communicate status, dependencies, and decisions clearly to leadership and team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a program manager in a technical environment, partnering with engineering teams
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with competing priorities
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, planning, and risk management
- Comfort operating in a data-driven, high-scale environment
- Commitment to responsible AI practices, experimentation, and continuous learning
