About the Role
Databricks is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to help advance data and AI capabilities that power mission-critical workloads. You’ll work on challenging problems—from security analytics to life sciences—by applying advanced data science methods within our Data Intelligence Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver data science solutions that turn complex data into measurable business and customer impact
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build reliable, scalable ML and analytics workflows
- Develop and evaluate models, experiments, and data pipelines with strong attention to quality and performance
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans and outcomes
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading advanced data science projects end-to-end
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and experimentation
- Experience working with modern data platforms and large-scale data processing
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence technical decisions
