About the Role

Redwood Materials is building a more resilient battery supply chain by integrating recovery, reuse, and recycling to keep critical minerals in circulation. As a Staff Electrical Design Engineer in our EPC organization, you’ll own the end-to-end electrical design for industrial, office, and lab facilities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical design deliverables from early concept through construction
  • Develop and coordinate electrical engineering scope for industrial, office, and laboratory environments
  • Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support successful project execution
  • Maintain quality and clarity of engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Experience delivering electrical design work across industrial and/or mission-critical facility types
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and applicable codes/standards
  • Proven ability to own deliverables end-to-end, from concept through construction
  • Comfort working across multiple sites and coordinating with stakeholders
