About the Role
We’re seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Internal AI initiatives across our enterprise IT organization. You’ll shape the strategy, drive delivery, and help ensure adoption of AI-powered capabilities that improve service delivery, knowledge management, automation, and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an internal AI product strategy aligned with enterprise IT and business objectives
- Own multiple Internal AI product lines and guide them through ideation, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Prioritize high-value AI use cases across IT functions such as helpdesk and infrastructure operations
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, engineering, data/ML stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Drive adoption by translating product value into clear processes, enablement, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale AI/ML products
- Strong product leadership skills, including roadmap ownership and measurable impact
- Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and operational needs
