Aurora is building a safer, faster, and more accessible future for mobility through self-driving technology. We’re looking for a Staff Supply Chain Program Manager to help coordinate complex supply chain initiatives that support the transportation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain program execution across cross-functional teams
- Plan, track, and drive program milestones to ensure timely delivery of critical goods and services
- Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics stakeholders to resolve execution risks
- Develop program reporting and metrics to communicate progress, issues, and outcomes
- Coordinate vendor and internal dependencies to keep programs aligned and moving forward
Requirements
- Experience managing complex logistics or supply chain programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without direct authority
- Comfort working with data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
