Staff Technical Product Manager (Vehicle Logistics) | Hybrid (Fremont, CA)

About the Role

Scout Motors is building the next chapter of iconic American vehicle design—electrified, digitized, and powered by innovation. We’re seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead vehicle logistics initiatives that help enable dependable delivery, configuration, and movement of vehicles from production through the customer journey.

This role partners closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex logistics needs into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for vehicle logistics capabilities across the vehicle lifecycle
• Define requirements, success metrics, and prioritization for technical and operational stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable workflows, systems, and integrations
• Drive discovery, validation, and continuous improvement using data, user feedback, and operational insights
• Coordinate release planning, risk management, and change management to support logistics operations
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to executives and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment, ideally within automotive, supply chain, or logistics
• Strong ability to translate operational problems into product requirements and technical roadmaps
• Experience partnering with software/technical teams and understanding system architecture and integrations
• Data-driven approach to defining metrics, measuring outcomes, and iterating on solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
